On 15–16 December 2025, the first Kick-Off meeting of the ERASMUS+ CBHE project “Scalable Electronic Document Workflow for Universities: Enhancing Efficiency, Autonomy and European Integration” (SEDWU) took place in Bayreuth, Germany, hosted by the University of Bayreuth.
The agenda included, among other items, welcome remarks, a presentation of the project concept, objectives and assumptions, partner presentations related to the project topic, and an overview of the work packages.
On the second day, management and administrative arrangements were discussed (roles and responsibilities, schedule, communication, documentation and reporting), and the meeting concluded with a summary and time for networking.
